By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

Replacement Policy
We offer replacements exclusively for items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of receiving your order to request a replacement. The following conditions must be met to qualify for a replacement:

Condition: The item must be defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Upon verifying the eligibility of your replacement request, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only in cases where defective or damaged items cannot be replaced. We do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect product selection. To request a refund for an ineligible replacement item, please follow the same process outlined in the Replacement Policy above. Approved refunds will be processed within five to seven (5-7) business days from the date of approval.
